Fill out a timesheet

In addition to the task log required by Marc, if you want to get paid, you have to fill out a timesheet. To do so requires a Seattle Colleges Employee PIN. Don’t have an employee PIN? You’ll have to visit Human Resources on the fourth floor (BE4177-78)


  1. Go to Seattle College’s Time and Leave Reporting (TLR) site.
  2. Enter your student ID and employee PIN.
    • Don’t have an employee PIN? You’ll have to visit Human Resources on the fourth floor (BE4177-78)
  3. Start a new Timesheet by clicking Create Timesheets. Select the radio button next to the WORK STUDY job, chose the appropriate pay period from the drop down, and click Create Timesheet.
  4. To enter your hours you must:
    1. Click the day you wish to enter hours for.
    2. Enter Start Time and End Time.
    3. Enter your lunch break.
    4. Hit Save Entry.
    5. Repeat for every day you’ve worked this pay period. V cool. 😎
  5. Once all hours have been logged, and you’re ready to submit your timesheet, click Review For Submission.
  6. You can review your current and past timesheets by returning to the TLR home and choosing My Timesheet Reports.
